- Senior Architectural Technical Office Engineer
- Location: 6th of October City, Giza, Egypt
- Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review detailed architectural drawings and specifications.
- Collaborate with consultant, and contractors to ensure project alignment and compliance with design specifications.
- Address technical issues that arise during the design and construction phases.
- Ensure that all designs comply with local building codes and regulations.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture.
- Proven experience (05-10 years) in architectural design.
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD).
- Strong creative and analytical skills.

2. Senior Electrical Technical Office Engineer
- Location: 6th of October City, Giza, Egypt
- Responsibilities:
- Studying and understanding of the contract documents (drawings, specifications and BOQ’s).
- Preparing the technical submittals and negotiating the same with client.
- Preparing detailed material take off required for the project and negotiating the same with all concerned parties.
- Preparing shop drawings and as built drawings for Electrical systems.
- Receiving and evaluating suppliers, manufacturers and subcontractor’s technical & financial offers.
- Negotiating the technical and financial issues of the offers received from suppliers, manufacturers and subcontractor.
- Coordinating and communicating with sales, procurements, operation and other concerned departments
- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
- Proven experience (+10 years) in Electrical technical office.
- Proficiency in relevant design software (AutoCAD-MS Office).

- Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates for MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing works.
- Assist in the preparation and review of contracts and agreements related to MEP works, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
- Evaluate tenders and bids from subcontractors, ensuring that they meet project requirements and budgets.
- Assist in the preparation and assessment of claims related to MEP works, addressing variations and disputes.
- Prepare regular reports on MEP costs, progress, and forecasts to keep stakeholders informed.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
- Proven experience (05-10years) in MEP technical office.
- Proficiency in relevant design software (AutoCAD-MS Office).

4. Document Controller
- Location: 6th of October City, Giza, Egypt
- Responsibilities:
- Organize, categorize, and maintain all project documentation, including contracts, drawings, specifications, and correspondence.
- Ensure proper version control of documents, tracking revisions and updates to maintain accuracy.
- Generate regular reports on document status, including outstanding approvals, pending reviews, and document history.
- Work closely with project teams, engineers, architects, and subcontractors to gather and verify documentation.
- Assist project managers in tracking document submissions and approvals to keep projects on schedule.
- Requirements:
- A degree in a related field.
- Proven experience (02-05 years) in the same field.
- Proficiency in relevant software (MS Office).
